FAQs

What is The Traveling Post?

The Traveling Post is a monthly mail club subscription born out of my travels around the world. Each month I design, create, and curate an envelope from wherever I am in the world — an original art print postcard, something I found in the place, some stickers, and a letter about it all. A little portrait of the place I'm in that month.

When does each Post go out?

I mail each month's edition at the end of the month, and you can expect to receive it by the middle of the following month! So May's edition goes out at the end of May, you'll receive it by mid-June; June's edition will arrive by mid-July, etc.

How long will my Post take to arrive?

Since I'm mailing internationally from wherever I am in the world, it could take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks to arrive. The beauty is in the surprise! A life in motion is always changing :)

What if my Post doesn't arrive?

If your envelope hasn't arrived after 4-5 weeks, please reach out to me and we can look into it together!

From there, I can either offer you a full refund or send you a replacement letter.

How do I update my shipping address or payment details?

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! The Traveling Post makes the perfect gift for travel lovers, art collectors, or anyone wanting a little surprise they can hold onto :) All you have to do is write their name and address instead of your own when filling out the shipping info

How do I manage my membership?

Does The Traveling Post really travel?

Yes! I live all over the world, with no fixed location, and the Post travels with me. Your envelope is really from the place it captures -- and it's traveled far and wide to reach you.
